Many of you said, "I want to meet the people running things in our community." So, I’ll be sharing some of the incredible faces I’m meeting from time to time— meet Adrien Cotton: 👇
Background:
👋: Adrien helps women in midlife get stronger, feel better, and navigate the changes that come with aging. After years in high-pressure careers—from Capitol Hill to corporate leadership—she saw how many women struggled with fatigue, stress, and feeling “off” in their bodies. So, she built a coaching program to fix that.
Insight:
💡: Her method is built around strength training, nutrition, sleep, and stress management—because midlife wellness isn’t about dieting or pushing through exhaustion. Her point of view is about training smarter, not harder, and giving your body what it actually needs.
Food for thought:
🧠: One thing Adrien said really stuck. “Most women don’t realize they’re stronger at 58 than they were at 38—if they train the right way. The old tricks—cutting calories, running a few miles—don’t work anymore. But when women shift their approach, they see huge changes. It’s not about looking the way you did at 28. It’s about feeling better than ever at 58.”
